Swedish Massage is a massage that is widely used and very effective; using techniques beneficial for headaches, muscle aches and strains, tension, improvement to flexibility and mobility.

For relaxation : this  massage can be relaxing to ease mental tension and superficial aches.  For chronic pain:  Deep tissue is applied for chronic and deep muscle pain.

Reiki can also be combined with Swedish Massage at your request.  Additional charges apply.

TIP   60 to 75 minutes is usually required to work on chronic muscle pain.  It's best not to eat a heavy meal or drink coffee prior to your massage.  Drink plenty of water after your massage to hydrate and flush toxins!
